ASSITANT SUPERMARKET MANAGER [South Africa]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Active involvement with retail operations.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
  • Manage stock rotation
  • Manage cash ups

Experience:

  • Retail supermarket experience would be an advantage
  • Management of staff

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / Equivalent
  • Driver's licence
  • Own vehicle/ Reliable transport

Area:

  • Selcourt Springs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Springs, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
