As a Customer Order Specialist, you’ll be responsible for order and complaint handling, communication with customers, and several departments including sales, finance, transport, and the warehouse across countries.

What you’ll do
- You will act as senior member of the team
- You’ll deliver excellent service to various Customers from different market ends (Consumer, Trade, and Professional/ Segment Projects) via close cooperation with various stakeholders within Company (Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Planning, Factories, Warehouse, Transportation),
- You’ll ensure smooth realization and completeness of standard/ project orders delivery via SAP based applications;
- You’ll monitor customer service level and implement action plans to mitigate risks and eliminate issues,
- You’ll handle complaints (logistics/administrative).
- You will be involved in different project and drive operational excellence improvements
Your qualifications
- Graduated from secondary school (minimum),
- Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience gained in an international organization
- Fluent level of Czech (as a must), at least an advanced level of English (internal communication)
- Knowledge of SAP (ERP module),
- Excellent customer orientation, positive mindset,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analytics is a big advantage
- Flexible team player and self-motivated; excellent communication skills,
- Computer skills: MS Office advanced.
