Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails related to onboarding and servicing department.
- Coordinating bookings between relevant parties which include our technicians and 3rd party subcontractors.
- Communicating efficiently with key contacts eg. 3rd party management, residential customers, and colleagues.
- Query resolution for all customers
- Processing incoming new resident telecommunication connections.
- Contributing to team meetings.
- Process and update service jobs in management software.

About you
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- At least 3 years administration preferably in a service environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $53,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
