Position: Backend Office Admin

Location: West Delhi

Salary Package: 2.8 LPA

We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Office Admin to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the records and data, soft and hard copies of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Interacting and maintaining relationships with clients.

Filling out and depositing financial forms of Clients.

Maintaining proper records thereafter in soft copies as well as hard copies

Traveling to meet clients within NCR, as and when a need arises.

Prompt reply to emails and calls of superiors and Clients and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements:

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.

Basic knowledge of finance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial services industry is a plus.

Must be based in Delhi.

Should have good conduct and turn out.
