The Country Sales Director for Türkiye is a key contributor to the Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) strategy and drives regional alignment with Rockwell priorities.
This role reports to the Regional Vice President, META.

Job Duties:
- Leading sales, business development, marketing, and partnership
- Drives and manages selling resources to increase market penetration and market share, assures market coverage and provide the appropriated customer focus
- Responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing strategies specific for the country, as subset of RA global and pan-EMEA strategies, to ensure that annual operating targets are met, and long-term growth goals are achieved
- Drives the execution of growth initiatives and proactively supports Vertical Industry activities
- Monitors and analyses sales activities and take appropriate actions to meet sales targets.
- Effectively allocates resources to opportunities and match skills to business needs
- Builds relationships with senior levels at key customers and actively engage in the sales process as required
- Collaborates with channels management to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage and provide appropriate customer orders fulfillment
- Ensures adequate reporting and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and CRM tools
- Ensures adequate account planning according to RA standards and drive the implementation of Disciplined Sales Processes in the country
Develops and implements individual sales objectives and actions for the selling resources
- Supports and collaborates with Marketing organization with planning of sales and commercial actions
Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business
Leverage and share best practices between countries and branches
Leadership
- Provides guidance and direction to the selling and other resources under his/her responsibility to ensure that their responsibilities and duties are performed as needed
- Demonstrates leadership on change and uncertain situations
- Practices performance driven culture by setting smart goals, track performance regularly.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a high performing sales team
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience.
- Fluency in native language and strong command of English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work with and gain confidence of senior level personnel (internal and external) in a highly collaborative, matrixed stakeholder organization.
- Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Ability to align and influence critical stakeholders.
- Strong support of customer centricity. Understands the importance of demonstrating concern for satisfying customers. Passionate about developing goals to improve our customer experience.
