Looking for a sniper who can find C-suite and director-level hires. This will be the hardest headhunting role you’ve ever had. No one wants to work at an agency. We use the Culture Index which knocks out 63% of the candidates. We don’t have an ATS built yet and you’re going to be sniping manually. I’m going to give you a low base and extremely high commission for filling roles. You’d be crazy to take this job unless you’re that confident in yourself.

Expectations:
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
- Permanent WFH setup
- The work schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday only)
- A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
