Roles & Responsibilities

As an Integration Architect at KPMG Lighthouse Belgium, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions for our clients' complex technology landscapes. You will work closely with technical and business teams to develop integration strategies and solutions that enable seamless communication between various systems, applications, and data sources. You will also collaborate with other architects and technical teams to ensure consistency and compatibility across all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integration solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to identify integration requirements and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication between various systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Develop and maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications.
  • Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure efficient and effective integration solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to technical teams on integration architecture best practices.
  • You are an enthusiastic, driven, and proactive person, taking ownership and accountability in your work

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration architecture or related role.
  • Strong experience with integration technologies such as ESB, event streaming, ETL, MQ, API management, and RPA.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Kafka, or Informatica iPaaS is a plus.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Appian, Power Platform, Pega, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with cloud integration solutions from Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good understanding of architectural patterns, guard rails, and working in agile/DevOps environments
  • Good professional communication in Dutch is mandatory
