We are currently looking for an Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our passionate Food & Beverage team here at the five-star luxury Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.
About the role
You will be working to deliver the highest level of service and care to all our guests. As a Restaurant Reservations Agent, you will manage all day to day reservations inquiries and bookings. You must be passionate about guest service and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality.
