Operations Runner [United Kingdom]


 

ALTIDO helps property owners let their property out on a short-term basis providing a flexible, safe and secure income stream and a fantastic experience for guests looking for a change from the sterile uniformity of a hotel. A service designed for London, Lisbon, Milan and Edinburgh. The role is based in our HQ in London but not 100% based in the office as you are required to travel around London to execute errands.

You will be a key member of the Operations team - Inspecting and getting properties guest-ready, basic property maintenance (if you know how to use a screwdriver / change a bulb / assemble IKEA furniture you’re almost good to go), running around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations team. A positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. The role is not office based.

This role is self employed at £140 per day rate, you may be provided with a company card for expenses with receipts to be provided to us but this does not include travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Operations team to troubleshoot urgent matters
  • Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service
  • Basic ad hoc duties, delivering items and helping guests or clients
  • Helping with basic admin in the office when needed

Requirements:

  • To resolve problems and find solutions with minimal supervision
  • To apply excellent customer service when welcoming guests or resolving their issues
  • To work as part of a team and communicate verbally and written with remote teams
  • Some basic maintenance skills is a plus
  • We are looking for candidates available for immediate start

Working Hours

  • 5 days a week covering Monday to Sunday with 2 days off
  • 10am to 7pm
  • Work days and times are flexible
  • Training provided

  • For summer to October, extendable to December if we need to
